One of the things that many people have noticed after they have been playing Crazy Pineapple is that when they try to return to Texas Hold ‘em, the game that they have always loved suddenly seems very restrictive. The most obvious difference between Texas Hold ‘em and the game of Crazy Pineapple is the hold cards. Crazy Pineapple only has three hold cards. Before the hold cards are on the table, one of the players, starting with the player who is sitting on the dealers left side is required to place a blind bet. It is only after the blind bet has been made that the dealer will deal the three hold cards to the center of the table. The hold cards are dealt face down. After dealing the hold cards, the dealer will give each player the cards that they will need for the current hand.
After the cards have been dealt, the players have a choice. They can either place a bet or they can check and excuse themselves from the current hand. This decision has to be based on the cards they were dealt since they have not been able to see the hold cards at this point.
As soon as the PokerStars.net players have made their decisions and either checked or placed a bet, the dealer will reveal the hold cards, and allow the players to access how valuable the hand they are currently holding really is. Another round of betting commences. Now it is up to each player to decide if they want to play the cards they were dealt. It is up to the player to decide what combination of hold cards and cards that they are holding that they want to use. At the end of the hand, the person with best cards wins the entire pot.
